How Much Can I Get?

Homeowners can receive grants of up to $20,000 for eligible work, with a forgiveness period of up to 3 years, as long as the owner occupies the dwelling during that time; repayment of the grant is not required.

ORCA HealthCare specializes in bathroom modifications specifically designed for senior or disabled access. Additionally, these include low threshold or wheelchair accessible showers, walk-in or slide-in tubs, and tub cut modifications. As part of your application, you must include written estimates of the proposed work, which we would be happy to provide.

These funds are on a first-come-first-serve basis starting in April of every year until the money runs out. ORCA HealthCare

  1. So it looks like I’m not qualified for these grants, because I pay more than my share of income tax, but at the same time I don’t mind seeing my money going to help the seniors, especially those that have some form of handicap. signed a working senior
