Please Read Carefully

The customer must inspect all items upon receipt. All requests for return due to damaged items must be made to ORCA HealthCare within 5 Days of receipt of the shipment.

All returns must be approved by our Warranty/Customer Service Department. Any approved returned items will be issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

Returned goods received by ORCA HealthCare without a valid RGA number will not be considered for return or credit.

A Returned Goods Authorization is valid for ninety (90) days. ORCA HealthCare will only accept goods or issue credit if the product is properly authorized and is returned within the 90-day period.

Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee is based on the purchase price/invoice cost of the item (excluding freight).

All freight costs for returned goods will be the obligation of the individual or company requesting the return.

Returned items will be inspected by ORCA HealthCare upon receipt, and the condition will be determined. The customer will be responsible for any damage to the items not already noted.

NOTE: CREDIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF THE ITEM IS NOT RESALABLE OR REPAIRABLE. REPAIRABLE DAMAGE WILL INCUR A $65.00 PER HOUR REPAIR COST. THIS COST IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INDIVIDUAL OR COMPANY REQUESTING THE RETURN AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE CREDIT.

Custom order items are non-refundable.
