P4836B75B Shower Pan

When purchasing a pre-leveled shower, whether you’re a homeowner, contractor or care home manager, ease of installation should be one of your top priorities. A simple installation process not only saves you time and money, it also reduces the risk of anything going wrong and ensures your new shower is up and running before you know it.

Here at ORCA HealthCare, we’re experts in safe bathing. We work with a wide range of customers and aim to make the entire process – from purchase to installation – as quick and simple as possible. That’s why all our handicap showers are supplied with pre-sloped and leveled pans. You won’t need mud to set them, so you can skip this time-consuming step when fitting your new shower stall.

The benefits of pre-leveled shower pans

By choosing a shower with a pre-leveled pan, you not only get an easier installation process, you ensure efficient water flow, too. Because ORCA accessible showers are expertly pre-leveled in the factory, you can be sure the pan slopes perfectly. Improperly sloping shower pans can lead to problems with standing water, creating a serious safety hazard for the user.

All ORCA roll in showers are supplied with pre-leveled pans for your convenience and peace of mind.

Pre-Leveled Showers with easy installation

We know that time is of the essence when you’re tackling any project – whether it’s remodeling a single bathroom in the family home or fitting out an entire residential facility. By pre-leveling all our shower pans in the factory, we save you a considerable amount of time and hassle during the installation process.

High quality pre-leveled shower construction

Our roll-in and walk-in shower pans are manufactured from a tough, rigid polyurethane foam known as 8PCF. Why do we use this specific foam? Because we know it delivers the strongest, highest quality products. You might see other suppliers using similar foam, but it’s important to understand that not all polyurethane is created equal. Lower density foam can break down over time, causing the shower pan to flex under pressure, and eventually leading to cracks. This can result in leaks and other serious problems, so it goes without saying that the quality of materials used really matters here.

We listen closely to our customers and are always happy to hear your suggestions for ways we can improve our product range and service. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch via email or phone if you have any questions or would like further information.
